Corrections in electronic and hardcopy publication of the Newsletter The error above was noted before the electronic version of Newsletter 109 was posted on the Web site but after the hardcopy was submitted for printing. The Editors resisted changing the electronic version. It is vital that the content of the electronic version of each issue is stable and matches the hardcopy version. We have a policy therefore that any changes will be recorded as errata. Were there good reason to change the electronic version of an issue and the hardcopy cannot be altered, then both original and revised versions should be available on the Web.
